Shipping policy

Items “in stock” will be send within 2-3 business days after purchase. I re-polish every item by hand before it gets shipped hence I do not guarantee shipping within a day after purchase. 

Items “custom made” will be shipped after completion which takes about 4-5 weeks depending on multiple factors like AUS Post, how quick my casting house can cast the item etc. I will send you a weekly update so you know what’s going on with your custom order. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

LOST/MISSING ITEMS:

Unfortunately I cannot refund lost or missing items.
