Refund policy

I unfortunately generally do not accept returns because most of my products are a one of a kind though I handle returns case by case.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can’t be returned:

- items on sale
- custom ordered items (that includes items made in custom size/metal)
- items ordered in the wrong size

 

If you have purchased a piece that doesn't fit, you can check with your local jeweller if they can resize it for you.
