Refund policy

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned; however, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. To request a return, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Approved returns must be posted within seven days of approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, in their original condition and returned with all original packaging. A reasonable deduction may be made if the item or its original packaging is damaged, incomplete or shows signs of wear. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

The following items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return or refund:

• Custom orders
• Made-to-order pieces
• Sale items
• Items ordered in the wrong size

I understand that circumstances can vary, so return and refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me before returning an item.

If your piece does not fit, your local jeweller may be able to resize it for you.
